Weight Loss:
Weight Loss - What Are You Really Losing?
Here's where the fun begins.  Do you
understand that weight loss does NOT
mean FAT LOSS?

Most of the studies and products this
day and age focus on "weight loss".
However, no one ever really tells you
about the actual weight that you lose.

It's a shame.

How would you feel if you knew that the
program you were trying only helped you
lose muscle?

What about water weight?

Do you even know the difference?

Most diets and exercise plans just focus on the overall "weight" a person loses.  With
the technology that we have now... every research project should split away from the
scale and truly focus on the "fat" that a person is losing.

Crash diets make is easy to lose weight.  But, when you couple that with the drop in
metabolism plus the reduction in water weight, you find that only 25% of the actual
weight that's lost comes from body fat.

Make sure you know exactly what you are losing when you are "losing weight".  You
don't want to yo yo up and down.

Be in the know and ask the right questions.

"How much weight can I lose?" isn't the one.
